      <image:title>Blog - Adaptogenic Chai Blend Recipe - Instructions:</image:title>
<image:caption>1. Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a medium saucepan. 2. Lower the heat and add the cinnamon sticks, cardamom pods, cloves, ginger, star anise, peppercorns, and allspice berries. Simmer for 15-20 minutes to extract all the warming flavors. 3. Add burdock root, Tulsi, and Eleuthero root. Let it simmer for another 10 minutes. 4. In the last 5 minutes of simmering, add the black tea if you want the traditional chai flavor. 5. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer to remove all the spices and herbs. 6. Stir in honey or sweetener while the concentrate is still warm. 7. Store the concentrate in the fridge and mix 1/2 cup of it with 1/2 cup of warm milk (or your favorite plant-based milk) when serving.</image:caption>
